Consultations:
A free in home consultation must be schedule before any services are rendered. Consultation should take roughly 30 mins, help me become familiar with your pet care needs. During the consultation we will go over the following.

Set up service times and days

Document and record vaccinations
Reservations:
Advance bookings are suggested to assure the time/day need for your pet. Please feel free to text or email to schedule any services. If a text or email is unclear to eliminate any miscommunications I will call.
Unable to Enter Home:
If I am unable to enter a home due to no fault of my own, pet owner will still be charge the days rate.
Home Access & Key Policy:
At Walk –N- More Pet Service, I require a house key/passcode for garage to gain access to your premises to care for your pet or home in your absences. Please note in the event of a power outage if I am only given a passcode I will not be able to enter homes. Clients that provide keys at the Meet and Greet will not be charged any additional fee. If an access key has to be picked up after the Meet and Greet there will be a $10 pick-up fee. Keys will not have any identifying mark: address, phone # on them for safety reasons. Keys and access codes will be stored in a secure location at Walk –N- More Pet Services. While out on service calls keys will remain on my person at all times.
Key Returns:
Clients will have no charge for those that provide last visit date and time. Keys will be left for those clients that provide instructions in regards to where the key should be left and how to secure the house. Please fully understand that once Walk –N- More Pet Services leaves and secures the home, they will no longer be able to gain access to care for the client’s needs. Walk –N- More Pet Services will not be able to gain access for any type of emergency or delay in your return. If at any time, the client decides prematurely to end services there will be a $10 key drop off fee.
Monthly & Weekly Booking Clients Policy:
Monthly clients have priority for their day(s) and time slots. Please contact me with days and times at least 2 days prior to the new month.
No refunds or credits are given.
Weekly clients:
will be placed in a time slot as close to the requested time as possible, as long as there is availability for the day(s). Weekly clients time slots/days are not held.
First come first served. Please contact me with your times and days no later than Sunday for the following week.

Cancellation Policy for Monthly & Weekly:
Kindly ask all clients to notify me within 48 hours for cancellations. Non payments for cancellation (s) could result in termination of services.

Cancellation Policy Daily:
Kindly ask all clients to give a 24 hour notice. If not given 24 hours notice rate still applies.
Cancellation Policy Vacation Sitting:
At Walk -N- More Pet Services we kindly ask for 48 hours notice for cancellation notice prior to service.
If not given 48 hours rate still applies.
Confirmation:
I will confirm by text or email the day before service.
Payment:
Full payment is required before any services are rendered. Cash or Credit. Payments are non refundable. If you are a client that will require a after- hours let out, I will accept a credit card payment or cash.

Please Note: (Late Fee)
If payment is not giving before or at the time of services there will be a late fee of $20.
* I reserve the right to end services for repetitive late or non payment.
Discounts:
5% discount applied with monthly booking
3% discount applied to all cash payments
Vaccinations:
Please show proof of Rabies vaccinations.
Pet Behavioral Problems Past or Present:
Clients must disclose all past and present behavioral problems.
(Fighting, Biting, Destructive behaviors or property damages)
Walk -N- More Pet Services will not be held responsible for any damages caused by:

Unkenneled pets

Unconfined pets

Please Note:
It is the owner’s responsibility to have a collar, leash, leed, outdoor Kennel and fencing that’s in good working order. Walk –N- More isn’t responsible for any runaway animals that have damaged items listed above. If using an invisible fence, it is the owner’s responsibility to make sure the batteries and fence is in good working order.
